At Better Late Than Never, our commitment is to ensure the efficient processing and delivery of your ordered products. We emphasize the vital importance of accurately providing your shipping address for the successful and timely delivery of your order. A successful delivery is officially recognized upon the receipt of your signature or that of an authorized individual at the designated delivery address.

DELIVERY TIMES

Upon registration of your order and the confirmation of payment, Better Late Than Never is committed to preparing and dispatching your order within a time frame of 1 to 2 business days. 

Once your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number. We offer tracking services for all our orders, ensuring that you're aware of their whereabouts and estimated arrival times.

The delivery is estimated to take:

  •  To Portugal approximately 1 to 2 business days;
  •  To Spain approximately 3 to 4 business days;
  •  To European Union approximately 4 to 5 business days.
  •  To the rest of the world approximately 7 to 10 business days

Please note that once an order is dispatched from Better Late Than Never, we cannot assume responsibility for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur while the items are in transit. Any occasional delays in the shipment of items beyond our initial estimations do not entail compensation for the customer.

We recommend that you conduct a thorough inspection of both the packaging and the received products to identify any potential damage promptly. Should any damage be evident, please communicate this matter to Better Late Than Never within a maximum period of 24 hours via email at help@bl-tn.com.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping for all orders within Europe. For the rest of the world we have a flat rate of 25€.

RETURNS

We genuinely hope your purchase brings you joy! Nonetheless, if the need arises to initiate a return for an item you've purchased online, please know that Better Late Than Never is here to assist with returns that align with our Return Policy.

Please understand that we won't be able to accommodate returned items that have been worn, changed, or incurred damage. Additionally, returns carrying odors like smoke or perfume won't meet the criteria.

To ensure a smooth process, kindly make sure all returned items are equipped with their original tags. Your satisfaction matters greatly to us, and we're here to help in any way we can.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

If you buy within the European Union, you can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it. All overseas sales are final.

To initiate the process of returning your item, contact us via email to returns@bl-tn.com. We kindly ask that you use this specific contact method for return requests, as we are unable to accommodate requests made through other means. 

In your email, provide your order number, the item you intend to return, along with the reason for the return. Our dedicated Customer Care team will endeavor to respond to your request within 2 business days. Upon receiving approval from our Customer Care team, we kindly ask that you follow the provided instructions.

Please note that the cost of the return will be incurred by you, and only the value of the article will be refunded.

Please be informed that any return of online purchases must be authorized by our Customer Care team. We cannot accept items sent to us without prior authorization, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

Upon receipt of your return, and once the item has been assessed for its condition and authenticity, you will receive an email notification confirming the processing of your refund. Do keep in mind that items returned with our seal tampered, incomplete, or used by the customer will not be accepted.

Better Late Than Never is not responsible for losses or damages that may occur during the return shipping process or if the item is not returned to the correct address provided to the customer.

The processing of returns typically takes around 2-3 business days. Subsequent to processing, the refund itself may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, contingent on your chosen payment method.

It's important to note that any return requests made beyond the designated 14-day return period will unfortunately be declined.

VOUCHER

Should you prefer, we're happy to offer the option of a refund in the form of a voucher, usable for a future purchase with Better Late Than Never. This voucher holds a validity of 3 months, it is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
